You will work closely with the Sales and Client Liaison teams, along with other departments, to deliver excellent service to clients and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Analysis: Analyse blueprints to determine materials, labour, and equipment needs. Source competitive prices for materials and subcontractors, and prepare detailed cost estimates using estimating software.Project Management: Collaborate with operations, procurement, and design teams to gather project details, assess risks, and monitor costs. Support the procurement process and subcontractor selection.Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, including hazardous material handling and disposal.ABOUT YOUYou are an experienced Estimator, known for your attention to detail and your ability to thrive as part of a team. With a strong track record in the construction sector or a related industry, you excel in analysing project requirements and delivering precise, high-quality outcomes:To succeed in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Experience with estimating software and tools, such as Excel.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.Knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.JOIN THE TEAMAre you ready to leverage your skills to make a direct impact on a growing company's success?
