This company is seeking the next estimator to join their team as their company grows.
As an Estimator, you will form part of a highly successful collaborative team, creating Luxury homes throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
This is truly a unique position within the business to claim as your own, work creatively and practically.
Role Prepare accurate cost plans / take offs Maintain trade pricing and rates Subcontractor / Supplier briefing, negotiation and allocation Monitor variations and track tender stages Maintain strong trade and supplier relationships Prepare Project reporting to track current and completed financial performance Liaise with Supervisors , report to General Manager Person: 3-5 years experience in a residential estimating position Experience within a comparable builder  Proficiency in Databuild Ability to work within a team and collaborate effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong passion in creating unique homes with likeminded professionals Offer 110k - 130k salary Gold Coast based office  February start If the above criteria sounds like you click  'APPLY NOW'  and lets get your new career started together.
