Australasian Retail Projects is a leading National Project Management / Shopfitting Company based in Molendinar with major national retail clients across Australia and New Zealand. We are currently searching for an estimator to join our team.
The Role To provide accurate tenders for new retail shop fitouts and refurbishments utilizing a core group of sub-contractors. Critical to the role are:
Good communication skills both written and verbal High level of organisational and time management skills Ability to interpret scope of works & design documentation High attention to detail Responsibilities Create scope of works from design documentation Liaising with Project Managers to finalise scope of works and contractor base Complete full material take-offs using Planswift (or equivalent) Liaising with core contractors and Project Managers to solve all outstanding RFI's Update and maintain job folders with current documents, emails and quotes Build tender, complete with clarifications for final review Raise contract variations when requested by Project Managers Assist team members and colleagues where required Requirements Seeking candidates with Estimating experience and a track record of success, including;
Minimum 3 years' estimating experience in residential, commercial or retail (preferably shop fitting) Ability to create a written scope of work for each trade from design documentation Medium skill level in Excel & Word Attention to detail and pride in your work Attributes Above all we're looking for good people to join the team and add to our already outstanding culture, in essence we're looking for a team player who is:

The position is full time and the salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
