About the Role: WorkPac are seeking an Estimator for a position based in Berrimah in the Northern Territory.
This role offers Monday to Friday roster for a 6 month duration with potential to go permanent.
Key duties and responsibilities: Prepare sand deliver estimates and cost plans for construction projects up to the tender settlement stage.
Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Identify labor, material and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents Computes costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data Submits 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline Reviews bid requirements thoroughly and asks follow-up question on every bid Develops RFIs and clarifications to architects or client Performs a comprehensive bid day analysis and scoping of specific assigned trades Creates bid lists that fit scope of job Skills and Experience required: Project knowledge Strong communication skills Has a thorough understanding of the scope for specific trades assigned Understands how to fit resources to the size /scope of project Current drivers licence How to Apply: Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Sara Mason on (08) 9201 6243 or email ******  quoting the below reference number.
