Our capabilities and experience include the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, repair, testing, and service (whether routine or emergency) of business-critical power generation and electric motor products.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Business Unit Manager - Generator Projects and Supervisor, this position is a key role within the Kenshaw Electrical Project Team and is responsible for the estimating and quoting of diesel-powered generators.
Through combining your technical knowledge and an ability to understand our customers' needs, your role is to provide estimating functions consisting of the preparation of quotations, tenders, and liaising with customers.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDemonstrated experience in the following:A background working with Diesel Generator systemsCustomer-oriented approach with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in the preparation of professional quotes and tendersAdministering contract variations to achieve a successful projectAdvanced computer skills in MS Word and ExcelHighly organized, accurate, with a high attention to detailA minimum of 3 years' experience, understanding, and knowledge of generatorsDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage, organize, and prioritize assignments.Current NSW Drivers LicenceABOUT YOUThe role is suited to those who have worked in the field and are ready to take the next step in their career.
