This firm has established relationships with several high-profile clients resulting in securing multiple exciting projects within their specialised sectors.
As such, they're seeking an experience Estimator to join their dynamic team and contribute to their success and growth in securing projects across NSW.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Working closely with the Estimator Manager you will be responsible for all end to end estimating on projects, and assisting the company with successful tendering and securing of projects.
You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and in turn play a big part in the growth and development of the company.
DUTIES.
Prepare tender submissions Estimating projects Cost Planning Scope of works preparations Subcontractor negotiations Pre tender planning BOQ's Work with the team to plan programming SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar Demonstrated ability to win commercial fitout and refurbishment projects  Strong written and verbal communication CULTURE.
