Job Description Join a leading Custom Home Builders with over 35 years of experience in the Sydney market. Working on projects up to $6M.
Junior Estimators are also advised to apply with 2-3 + years of experience
The role: Full cycle estimating position - Sales & ProductionBOQ's within timelinesTake offs, quantities, production orders, supplier & contractor agreementsLiaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and site supervisors The requirements: Estimating experience at least 4 + years in a similar roleBe familiar with estimating softwareAn understanding of purchasing and pricingWorking knowledge of applicable building codesEnglish language literacy and fluencyExcellent communication and organisational skillsTime management skills with the ability to meet tight deadline Your role as theEstimator: BOQs, purchase orders, invoicing, excelCompiling preliminary pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projectsPrepare tenders, assist with pricing requests and generate accurate base costs for projectsLiaising with the Operations Manager and the external suppliers/subcontractors What you need to fulfill theEstimatingrole: Excellent attitude to learnBuilding knowledge requiredTrade certificate - CarpentrypreferredGreat communication skills If you feel your experience matches the person specification please contactBrookeon029376 8200 or click apply.
