About The Opportunity We are on the look out for several difference positions including an Estimator and a Contract Administrator
Some of your responsibilities for an Estimator will include:
Determine the total cost of all construction projectsComplete build quotations in stated timeframesSome of your responsibilities for a Contract Administrator include:
Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plansEstablish and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise valueProactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve planned outcomesIdentify new project opportunities and leverage existing relationshipsAbout You The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimationExperience in Health and Education infrastructure sectors is highly desirableStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenCurrent Drivers Licence and White CardRelevant tertiary qualificationsWhat's in it for You?
