The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detailed Automotive Estimator/ Vehicle Assessor to join the team at Gemini Pinkenba.
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday - no weekends!

Experience in automotive industry software (iBodyshop and Audanet) is an advantage.

Role ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to clients and work providers.Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Hand over completed repairs to customers.Does this sound like you?Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)Strong commitment to working safely.Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.High attention to detail.Reliable, hard working and a team player.We know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours, and we would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.
