Up & coming commercial builder Projects between $1mil and $30mil Welcoming team with a modern friendly culture ABOUT THE BUILDERThis up and coming builder completes a range of new build and fitout / refurb work for the State and Local Governments as well as private developers, particularly in the industrial sector. They have a mix of Lump Sum and D&C work and operate from the Sunshine Coast through to the Gold Coast.ABOUT THE CULTUREBeing a growing business the Directors are keen to continue developing a strong culture of high standards across all tasks completed on site and in the office, showing initiative, problem solving and importantly recognising when people do well.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWorking with the Pre-con Manager you will be heavily involved in completing a range of D&C and Lump Sum tenders.
