With multiple revenue streams and an attractive pipeline of work, it is an exciting time for the business.The RoleOur client is looking for a new intermediate level Estimator to join their commercial construction team at their office in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane.Reporting to and working closely with the senior leaders and operational teams, you will be responsible for cost planning and estimating for the construction division. You will work on tenders of different sizes and sectors. Projects will range in size between $10m and $100m and will be across the entire state.About youExperience pricing new build, Education, Industrial and commercial projects up to $100m will be ideal. Your ability to join the dots from early-stage documentation and use your skills to price what isn't in the plans is key. You will be able to demonstrate high-level accuracy in take-offs and measuring to build up your own costs. You will have strong and extensive sub-contractor and consultant relationships.You will have a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar with at least 5 years experience working for a Principal Contractor.The BenefitsThis really is an excellent opportunity to join a genuine success story for the long run.
