As such, they're seeking an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team and contribute to their success and growth in securing projects across NSW.
ABOUT THE POSITION Working closely with the Estimator Manager, you will be responsible for all end-to-end estimating on projects and assisting the company with successful tendering and securing of projects. You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and in turn play a big part in the growth and development of the company.
DUTIES Prepare tender submissions Estimating projects Cost Planning Scope of works preparations Subcontractor negotiations Pre-tender planning BOQ's Work with the team to plan programming SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar Demonstrated ability to win commercial fitout and refurbishment projects Strong written and verbal communication CULTURE This company boasts a culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, fairness, recognition, and supportive management styles which brings out the very best in their employees.
