BildGroup is seeking a meticulous Estimator to join our Bitu-Mill Division based in Campbellfield, Victoria.
Working across both the Asphalt and Profiling departments within Bitu-Mill, you will be pivotal in shaping our success.
Your role as an Estimator will be to enhance our client relationships, provide accurate project cost assessments and detailed estimates, to ensure our projects are delivered to meet the highest standards.
The role will be responsible for: Prepare cost estimates for asphalt profiling and pavement construction projects.
Analyse project plans to ensure accurate pricing.
Work closely with project teams to develop competitive bids.
Source quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, managing relationships.
Monitor market trends to keep bids competitive and accurate.
You will bring along the following: A minimum of 5 years' experience with 2 years of estimating experience within the Road Construction, Asphalt, or Profiling industry.
Highly effective communicator in both verbal and written forms.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
A valid Driver's License to facilitate your fieldwork.
