What your days will look like: As an Estimator at Unita, you play a critical role in our project delivery process.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.
You'll drive the success of high-end projects by adhering to tendering timelines and uncovering hidden works within tender documents, ensuring crucial milestones are hit every week! Your collaboration with the construction team from the outset will ensure each project is delivered on budget without compromising quality - every time! What you will bring to the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years' experience as an Estimator, ideally in fit-out for hospitality and retail projects.
You will have experience managing projects ranging from $200,000 to $2 M+ and be familiar with tools like Cost X or Bluebeam.
You are driven, motivated, open to learning and committed to being an integral and important part of the team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential.
