About The Opportunity We are on the lookout for several different positions including an Estimator and a Contract Administrator.
Responsibilities for an Estimator: Determine the total cost of all construction projects Complete build quotations in stated timeframes Responsibilities for a Contract Administrator: Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans Establish and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise value Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve planned outcomes Identify new project opportunities and leverage existing relationships About You The successful candidate will have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimation Experience in Health and Education infrastructure sectors is highly desirable Strong communication skills both verbal and written Current Drivers Licence and White Card Relevant tertiary qualifications What's in it for You?
