The Position
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their teams in Brisbane and the Toowoomba/Darling Downs Region on a permanent basis. To be successful, you will enjoy being hands-on, client-focused, safety-oriented, and a lateral thinker who has a positive can-do approach.
The Candidate
Key capabilities and requirements include:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in estimating within Australia's construction sector in commercial, residential apartments, and industrial developments.Active Construction Industry Blue or White Card.Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related preferred but not required.In-depth knowledge of the construction landscape, including key market players and ongoing trends.Strong abilities in organisation, time management, and prioritisation to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Knowledge of CostX preferred.You must submit a CV on application prior to a phone call and be prepared to sign a nondisclosure.
