Estimator - Immediate Start

Estimator – Immediate Start
•    Permanent position 
•    Based in Dandenong South
•    Estimating & Administrative works including Multi-levels residential, Commercial & Industrial projects
•    Some previous industry or estimating experiences will be preferable but not a necessity
We are looking for self-motivated personnel to work and develop their skills in commercial and industrial construction. 
The successful applicants will possess: 
•    The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
•    Ability to read and interpret contractual documents, specifications and drawings
•    Good at mathematics to be able to work out quotes. 
•    Preparing take-offs and review quotes.
•    High computer literacy 
•    Excellent English and Communication skills. Mandarin speaking background is strongly preferable but not a necessity. 
•    Flexible approach and attitude towards multi-tasking.
