An establish domestic high end custom builder is searching for an experienced Production/Sale Estimator on immediate basis.Your main responsibilities will include:Providing accurate and timely estimates for new homesNegotiating costs and placing orders with suppliersPricing variations and providing quotes to clients prior to any work taking place on siteSourcing new suppliers and trades for the provision of various building items as requiredProviding assistance to the construction team in client, maintenance, and on-site queries and issues as requiredWorking closely with the surveyor and local councils to coordinate permitsWorking with the construction team to effectively plan each job and communicate with trades and suppliers when requiredTo be considered for this role must have the following experience:Previous estimating experience within the residential building sector (custom home background favorable but not essential)Confidence and experience using DatabuildThe confidence to make things happen in a busy environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPlease call Jenny Evans on (03) 9094 0999.
