Estimator - High End Residential - Eastern suburbs - $55-65kAn establish domestic high end custom builder is searching for an experienced Production/Sale Estimator on immediate basis. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing accurate and timely estimates for new homes Negotiating costs and placing orders with suppliers Pricing variations and providing quotes to clients prior to any work taking place on site Sourcing new suppliers and trades for the provision of various building items as required Providing assistance to the construction team in client, maintenance, and on-site queries and issues as required Working closely with the surveyor and local councils to coordinate permits Working with the construction team to effectively plan each job and communicate with trades and suppliers when required To be considered for this role must have the following experience: Previous estimating experience within the residential building sector (custom home background favorable but not essential) Confidence and experience using Databuild The confidence to make things happen in a busy environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Please call Jenny Evans on .#J-18808-Ljbffr
