With the power of 46 years of building experience as the Summit Homes Group, we have drawn together our decades of knowledge and expertise and expanded with our Modular by Summit division. Due to continued growth, the Modular team is currently seeking a full-time Estimator to join the team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for our standard model designs, new residential home enquiries, as well as managing ad hoc pricing for upgrades and estimating product and material selections. This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same. From pricing Tiny Home and Modular home projects in semi-rural and rural areas to quoting residential unit developments for our modular designs, your work will always be varied and interesting.
About you This is a role for someone passionate about residential construction and committed to delivering results. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience in residential home estimating and strong construction knowledge. If you have worked with modular and framed construction projects, even better!
It's essential that you have strong computer literacy, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. You'll be organised with an eye for detail, and most importantly, enjoy working in a team environment.
