About the Role We are seeking an Estimator to join our growing estimating department. The suitable applicant will have the following responsibilities;
General Estimating for Fire Door Packages and General CarpentryCompleting accurate and detailed tenders, estimates and full scope of works on time to ensure the maximum number of contracts are awardedAdvising alternative products/price options to ensure client budget requirements are metProvide accurate construction cost estimates and cost planning advice for the full scope of works requested by the client.Will be using On-Center or Build soft Take Off  (Training can be provided)Liaising with Builders and Suppliers on a day-to-day basisWork with clients and ensure they are regularly updated on the progress of their project quoteSalary negotiable depending on experienceRequirements Estimating Experience in a similar role with 2-3 years of experienceExcellent understanding of materials and construction techniquesStrong cost planning skills, including an up-to-date knowledge of current market ratesGood understanding of Microsoft Excel Ability to confidently problem-solve, complete detailed, accurate take-offs, and manage multiple projects and varied client requirements.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are key to this role.Right to work in Australia White CardCurrent Drivers Licence & Own Transport
