Estimator – Fit Out The Company You'll be working for a reputable mid-tier fit-out contractor. This is a Commercial D&C contractor role, and you must have D&C experience to apply. The company boasts an impressive portfolio of clients including:

Duties Calculating how much a proposed project will cost Researching prices and collecting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Monitoring inflation and exchange rates Checking the client's requirements Drawing up bids for work Keeping an eye on projects to ensure costs stay in line with forecasts Drawing up detailed and accurate price lists for everything needed on a construction project Considering risk assessments and health and safety requirements Skills and Experience 2 years + as an Estimator Local experience with a fit-out contractor Must have D&C experience Experience with similar size projects Confident in managing multiple tenders at one time Stability with previous employers A positive attitude We are looking for Estimators across the board within fit-out and construction.
