Estimator - External Cladding & Render

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Overview: As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in accurately estimating project costs for external cladding systems. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure precise costing and contribute to the smooth execution of projects.
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for external cladding projects, including materials, labor, and time requirements. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines. Analyze project specifications, architectural plans, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Maintain and update a database of material costs and labor rates. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Prepare and submit tender documents and negotiate contracts. Experience: Experience or basic knowledge in estimating within the construction or external cladding industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Proficient computer skills, and a quick learner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Salary will be determined by experience & qualifications - dependant on the right candidate.
