Estimator - Double Storey / Luxury Brand TEN Recruit have partnered up with a leading residential brand within the WA market. With an outstanding name in the industry, they have an opportunity now for an experience Estimator to join their team.
Your new Role
Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, your duties and responsibilities will involve.

Develop and maintain an accurate and complete costs estimate for each project, including variations and contingency planningEnsure we have a thorough costs estimate and associated scope of work and materials.Effective internal liaison to ensure accurate specification and costing of variations and selectionsEnsure costing and logistic risks and conflicts are quickly identified, communicated, and mitigated/resolvedIdentify opportunities for cost control, job efficiency, and/or continuous improvementThe negotiation of competitive pricing and supply arrangements to enable consistent quality and timely deliveryEnsure effective and open communication with stakeholders. About you
A minimum of 2 years experience with single and double story homes.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a construction environmentDemonstrated negotiation skills in a commercial contracts environmentDemonstrated ability to develop and implement a system, process, and or procedure relevant to the roleDemonstrated understanding of the supply chain for trades and materials, and the inter-relationships between different components in that supply chainEffective use of computer applications relevant to the roleDemonstrated ability to document, interpret, and analyse information including plans, schedules, job manuals and procedures, worksheets, and costingsDemonstrated understanding of contracts, quotes, budgets, and estimates terminology and process
On offer is a base salary between $110k - $120k plus super (depending on experience)
