Estimator | Contracts Administrator

Salary / Remuneration package dependant on experience.Attract. has partnered with several Civil construction companies in search of multiple Estimators & Contracts Administrators to bolster their teams.The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in Civil and/or Commercial construction, including subdivisions, TMR, earthworks, bridge, and concrete structures.Prior experience in the energy sector will also be highly regarded.Multiple roles & locations available.Estimator Responsibilities will include:Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and materials needed.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates.Monitor and update cost databases and pricing information.Participate in bid preparation and submission processes.Contracts Administrator Responsibilities will include:Manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on contract negotiations and amendments.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to contract specifications.Prepare and maintain documentation related to contracts and project changes.Selection Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is highly desirable.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Civil Estimating/Contract Administration for projects like roads, bridges, substations, etc.Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX).Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on detail and stakeholder management.Benefits:Salary package dependant on experience and capability.WFH/Hybrid working flexibility.Site and Office based role.Career progression and development opportunities.If the above role is of interest and you are ready to take the next step in your career, please apply via the "APPLY" button & we will be in touch.MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS.
