3 day a week role - Estimating / Construction Admin - Custom Residential Builder

Our client is a bespoke home building company who provide a customer centric end-to-end service, has a fantastic opportunity for a career-focused individual to join our small team in a true construction "all-rounder" role across estimating and construction administration.
With a product line across a variety of projects, ranging from high-spec developments to knock-down-rebuilds, primarily in Melbourne's Eastern and South-Eastern corridors, you will work closely with a highly experienced Director in this role.
Your new role
Commencing as 3 days a week with the potential to increase to full-time hours, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Contracts Administration: Manage pre-site activities such as permit and council applications, client communication, and monitoring compliance with building approvals.
Estimating: Produce quantity take-offs, chase up quotes, liaise with suppliers, and manage systems.
Construction Support: Assist the site team in trade sourcing, material procurement, and more.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess
Completion of a Cert IV in Building or higher.
Demonstrated passion for learning and long-term career development in the construction industry.
Site experience or previous operations employment in a residential builder environment is highly regarded, as is exposure to estimating software such as BuildXact.
High levels of attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
The ability to effectively contribute in a small team environment, with a client-first approach. What you'll get in return
