Commercial Estimator required to join a collaborative team to assist winning commercial tenders. Commercial Estimator - Construction Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join their team as tender levels reach new heights. They offer a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities Manage and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers Prepare subcontractor bid packages and analyse pricing Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors Update and maintain Cubit estimating software Ensure thorough understanding of trade scopes Collaborate with the Projects Team and Directors to meet tender deadlines

Required Experience Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying 4+ years of local experience with a successful track record in winning multi-million-dollar projects locally Proficiency in Cubit software Experience delivering detailed cost plans and tenders Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence in liaising with subcontractors, directors, and project teams
