Due to recent and continual growth in Queensland, they are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, and well organised Sales Support / Estimator to join the Brisbane team.
Key Responsibilities Prepare quotes and tender pricing for the sales team. Responding to website enquiries. Entry of accepted quotes into system ready for project managers to order. Assist with preparing tender responses and submissions. Sending out quote requests to suppliers and contractors. Tender drawing take offs for sales team, and an understanding there of. Preparing operational & maintenance manuals for completed projects. Contracts administration. Manage small projects from receipt through to hand over and completion. Direct communication with clients, builders, and project managers Maintain clear documentation in line with Quality Assured systems and processes. Manage service orders including site repairs and warranty claims. Skills and Experience Interest in and passion for interior design and furniture. Excel & Word proficient. Well organised and team player. Experience with providing exceptional customer service. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and able to maintain systems and databases accurately. Willingness to contribute to collaborative team environment. Pronto experience would be an advantage.
