Take on this great contracted role to expand your building and construction experience. Looking for a person with trade qualifications that have experience in estimating.
Prepare specification and documents ready for tender.Review tender pricing to confirm Value for Money.Reviewing documentation and quotes prior to submission to client to ensure the proposed scope of works matches the client brief.About You
Some of the key responsibilities required of the position will include the following:
Looking for trade background with basic computer skillsCairns locals or close enough to commute. This role does not include relocation.Current Workplace Health & Safety General Safety Induction CardProduce high quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects and prepare accurate and timely estimates, quotations and project trade packages; including material lists and construction programs.Coordinate and undertake the delivery of a high-quality condition assessment services for clients, including inspections/surveys of building elements and construction materials including collecting samples of suspected asbestos containing materials for laboratory testing.Undertake inspection services including tenancy management services and maintenance referrals on behalf of Government Employee Housing.To Apply
