With a steady pipeline of work and positive growth over the past 5 years they're determined to continue to grow and have an impact on the WA Community, as such are looking for an experienced Estimator/CA specifically with experience in refurbishment works to join the business.The role:Analyse Tender documentation, obtain quotes, by estimate and/or by obtaining quoted works, sourcing tender options in line with budget parameters.Review and vet all quotes and estimates and make recommendations to Project Manager, assisting PM with programming of works, construction methodologies and suggestions to reduce costs and avoid time delays.Prepare Tender submission including Detailed Scope and requests for information/compliance for final approval by PM.Develop and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with clients, builders, principal contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and our own team!Qualifications & experience:Experience in Estimating in commercial construction with demonstrated experience in the delivery of winning tender submissions ranging up to $750K.Demonstrated commercial risk, planning and project control abilities.Experience in Microsoft Office applications, Reporting Software and an intermediate level of use of business systems.
