Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimating Director/Associate to lead all aspects of the estimating process for major infrastructure projects.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, development, and execution of high-value, technically complex projects, typically exceeding $50 million.
The Estimating Director/Associate will:
Oversee and manage the estimating process, ensuring alignment with client standards, templates, and processes.Collaborate with the Cost Intelligence Manager to maintain robust methodologies, tools, and procedures for producing accurate cost estimates based on project scope, specifications, and requirements.Establish and refine processes for analysing project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labour, material, equipment, and service needs.Ensure estimating activities are planned and executed within timelines, meeting client expectations and governance standards.Provide strategic insights into cost estimates to support informed decision-making and effective project delivery.About the Projects Our client undertakes major capital delivery projects that demand exceptional technical and stakeholder management skills.
These projects may include renewable energy initiatives, clean hydrogen infrastructure, and other transformative programs requiring specialist expertise.
About You You are a results-oriented leader with proven experience in project estimating, cost analysis, and delivery in large-scale infrastructure or technical environments.
Your expertise in overseeing processes, managing stakeholders, and driving efficiency will be instrumental in achieving project success.
