Solicitor 2-5 years PAE– Wills, Estates, and ConveyancingLocation: Central Coast NSWPosition: Full-Time
Are you a motivated and experienced solicitor with a passion for Wills, Estates, and Conveyancing? Our well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-admission experience to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As a Solicitor in our Wills, Estates, and Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of matters including:
Drafting and advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring GuardianshipsAssisting with estate administrationConveyancing services, including residential and commercial property transactionsAttending to client matters from initial consultation to completionLiaising with clients and other professionals involved in the processKey Responsibilities: Provide accurate, timely, and client-focused legal advice in Wills, Estates, and Conveyancing mattersManage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all deadlines are metDraft Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Variation, and other relevant documentsAssist in dispute resolution in contested estate mattersGuide clients through the process of property transfers, including due diligence, contracts, and settlementsMaintain strong client relationships and manage expectations effectivelySkills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least 2 years post-admission experience in Wills, Estates, and ConveyancingExperience drafting and reviewing legal documents related to Wills, estates, and property transactionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsHow to Apply: If you are wanting to take the next step in your legal career and join a progressive firm, we would love to hear from you.
