About our client...An exciting opportunity now exists for an Estate Planning Lawyer to join a specialist CBD-based law firm recognised for outstanding service delivery! They have been steadily growing their firm under the leadership of prudent Directors and now have an opportunity for a talented Estates Litigation & Estate Planning Lawyer who is ambitious, driven and looking for their next long-term career move.

About this role...You will be working alongside a very supportive team, which includes a Director and Special Counsel, primarily in Estate Litigation work (estate disputes and will challenges, guardianship and capacity disputes), with a small amount of Estate Planning and Administration work. In this role your primary responsibility will be to run your own matters under supervision, assist with more complex files, liaise with clients and other stakeholders as necessary.

About you...It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have:

3-5 years PQE and experienced in Estates Litigation/Estate Planning matters;

Solid technical skills, commercial awareness and strong empathy;

Highly developed communication skills at all levels, good attention to detail and 'client service' driven;

Excellent time management & organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
