Within a team environment, you will be the focal point of the sales process, tailoring property solutions through your excellence in customer service and product knowledge.
To do this, you will be working with our Sales Directors & Marketing team to generate additional insights, ensuring we are correctly targeting tailored messages that support your sales process.
Some of the processes that make up this Estate Manager role include:
Assisted by a new CRM system, you will be able to manage new & existing clients in a much more efficient, methodical approach.Utilising builder relationships to establish house & land packages tailored to your clientele.Formulate weekly and monthly estate project insights, generating proactive sales strategies.With your commitment, we will assist you to quickly become an expert of the Geelong region, understanding our product, competitor product & prices, and current & future PSPs.About you… The right fit for this role will be a personable team player with a desire to achieve results and subsequently earn great commission.
From your substantial experience in the property industry and exposure to a variety of stakeholders, you will be able to build & maintain relationships quickly as a trusted expert.
Fundamentally, you will have the following experience and qualifications:
Experience using Office 365 and CRM systems.Demonstrated experience of managing clients through the sales process.Property industry experience.Agents Representative Certificate.Driver's License.Permanent and unrestricted working rights in Australia.So, how do I start the conversation?
