Estate Presentation Officer | Full-Time Temporary

Details: The Place Management team, within Thriving Communities, provides strategic and operational support to Suburban Land Agency through its land and asset management and custodianship function. This ranges from oversight and management of urban open space, residential greenfield, brownfield and urban blocks for sale as well as rural land. The Estate Presentation officer will be responsible for horticultural maintenance activities, removal and collection of litter and illegal dumping to blocks and open space areas, including checking sediment and erosion control measures.
The Place Management team is looking for an energetic and dedicated Estate Presentation Officer who is well organised and efficient to monitor sites, audit and engage contractors relating to the maintenance and presentation of our estates, parcels and built form assets.
We are looking for a team player and someone with excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
In addition to procurement skills, we are looking for someone with experience in contractor and program management. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess sound judgement and integrity.
