About the Role... Our client is now looking to appoint an experienced, proven and talented   Estate Planning Lawyer  who is able to work autonomously in a stand alone role and is looking for their next  significant   career move .
On offer to work 4 or 5 days p/w!
You will enjoy exposure to a wide range of estate matters including asset protection, intergenerational structuring, testamentary trusts, family loan arrangements, wills and powers of attorney.

About you...
Essentially you will have:-   A commercial mindset, with strong document drafting and technical expertise associated with Wills & Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration; Solid understanding of the complex and sensitive nature of family estate planning; Firm technical understanding around the requirements around probate and estate administration, and the significance of preserving wealth for clients future generations; The ability to clearly articulate accurate, strategic and commercial advice tailored to each scenario; Client management and business development skills; A keen desire to collaborate with like-minded professionals & provide premium service to a 'high-end', sophisticated clientele.
Accordingly, it is envisaged you will have a  solid 5 years + PAE  gained within a recognised Wills/Estate Planning specialist team within a legal or similar professional services practice.
