About Our Client
Our client, a well-established and dynamic legal team seeking an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate lawyer to leverage their expertise and contribute to a thriving legal practice. As an Estate Planning Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive estate planning services to clients. Location: Brisbane CBD or Cleveland (flexible)
Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per annum + super
Work type: Hybrid Responsibilities: Tailor simple and complex wills to meet the specific requirements and preferences of individual clients. Offer expert counsel on all matters related to estate planning, ensuring clients are well-informed and empowered to make decisions. Potentially support in estate administration tasks such as probate and trust administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate closely with colleagues within the legal team to uphold exceptional client service standards and achieve successful outcomes. Requirements: Ideally 5 years post-admission experience as a lawyer, with a dedicated focus on estate planning. Demonstrate proficiency in drafting various types of wills, indicating a strong command of legal intricacies and attention to detail. Possess effective business development skills and a proactive approach to client engagement and retention. While experience in estate administration is beneficial, a primary focus on estate planning is essential. Exhibit outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities crucial for building client relationships and achieving favorable results.
