The Job!This great opportunity will see the successful candidate working across multiple projects, with a substantial pipeline of Land.Having the ability and autonomy to plan and lead your schedule to drive resultsBeing the knowledgeable face of multiple projects, responsible for sales delivery and customer engagementAbility to recommend the Project Management team with high-level strategic ideas to enhance project performanceResponsible for the project leads pipelineComplete oversight, control and reporting of settlement process, ensuring targets are achievedDelivering on and contributing to Sales and Marketing strategiesContinuing to build a database of prospects, and ongoing database managementWeekly reporting and commentary on sales activity both at the Projects, and on the wider marketProviding all aspects of information on the land estate including amenity, price and land sizeDaily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etcNetworking and stakeholder management, including builders, and the project developersWorking with internal project team to provide insights and recommendations for upcoming stage releases and strategiesCreate VLOGS and social media content for various platformsProvide internal business referralsAny other general duties as requiredAbout You!We are looking for an equally enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who wants to embrace their job and will take genuine enjoyment out of coming to work. The successful individual will be smiley, bubbly, friendly and have superb organisational and people skills.QualificationsCurrent drivers' licence and carExperienceMinimum 4 years' experience in a similar roleProven ability to build strong networks with customer groups, and Building ConsultantsProven ability to lead and drive sales resultsIdeally already established in Land Sales, or new Build SalesSelf-motivated, goal orientated, and results drivenExperience negotiating and proven ability to build a rapportIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communicationOrganised and able to meet deadlinesWho are we?Across all our specialist services on the wide property landscape – from selling land to growing communities and marketing estates – we only take on work that will make a positive impact.
