This great opportunity will see the successful candidate working across multiple projects, with a substantial pipeline of Land.
Having the ability and autonomy to plan and lead your schedule to drive results Being the knowledgeable face of multiple projects, responsible for sales delivery and customer engagement Ability to recommend the Project Management team with high-level strategic ideas to enhance project performance Responsible for the project leads pipeline Complete oversight, control and reporting of settlement process, ensuring targets are achieved Delivering on and contributing to Sales and Marketing strategies Continuing to build a database of prospects, and ongoing database management Weekly reporting and commentary on sales activity both at the Projects, and on the wider market Providing all aspects of information on the land estate including amenity, price and land size Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc Networking and stakeholder management, including builders, and the project developers Working with internal project team to provide insights and recommendations for upcoming stage releases and strategies Create VLOGS and social media content for various platforms Provide internal business referrals Any other general duties as required About You!

Qualifications
Current drivers' licence and car Experience
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role Proven ability to build strong networks with customer groups, and Building Consultants Proven ability to lead and drive sales results Ideally already established in Land Sales, or new Build Sales Self-motivated, goal orientated, and results driven Experience negotiating and proven ability to build a rapport Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Organised and able to meet deadlines Who are we?
