Key responsibilities include: Build, influence and maintain relevant stakeholder and vendor relationships.Contribute to the development and roadmap for content and communications to create valuable RAA user experience.Support the implementation of RAA's long term member engagement strategy to support the RAA group product portfolio.Co-ordinate campaigns and new communication journeys for all essential communications channels including mail, eDM, SMS and push notifications.Professionally and proactively work with stakeholders on Customer Communications Management, production, and delivery queries.Provide monthly reporting and analysis on essential communications and budget performance.Plus much more, found in the position description here.About you You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. For this role, we're also looking for:
