The Opportunity We are seeking a Legal Secretary / Administrator to join our busy team.
You must be a team player with a friendly disposition.
The successful applicant will be assisting lawyers from our Upper Mount Gravatt office.
The main areas of practice will be Personal Injury Law, primarily for motor vehicle accidents and workplace accidents.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
An onsite undercover carpark will be provided.
What You'll Bring The successful applicant will possess the following:
Previous experience in a secretarial role within the legal industry is essential;Experience with LEAP is preferred, but not essential;Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task;Preparation of high-quality documents with particular focus on attention to detail;Excellent word processing skills including file and diary management;A professional presentation with an excellent telephone manner;A caring / empathetic nature;Good comprehension and typing skills (min 70 wpm).Remuneration commensurate with experience.
