Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) assists 29 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools located throughout Regional NSW, to maximise student learning, growth and development.
CEDWW staff are responsible for providing ongoing operational guidance and administrative assistance across the areas of Learning and Teaching, Student Wellbeing and Diverse Learning, Evangelisation and Religious Education, School and System Improvement, Finance and Resources, Information and Communication Technologies and People and Culture services.
Your New Role
This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely advice to all employees throughout their employment lifecycle and to CEDWW Stakeholders. The People and Culture Advisor will focus on working with people leaders and employees to address/resolve employee relation issues and enable collaboration, transparency, and performance improvement. Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements is a key component of the role.

Qualification in HR, ER, or a related field, or willing to gain qualifications within the first twelve months of the role Membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute NSW Working with Children Check Current Driver's Licence Successful Candidate to undertake a National Criminal History Check Skills and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a high level of attention to detail, quality, and accuracy Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively create extensive reports for key stakeholders Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter outlining their skills and experience against the selection criteria or position description to .
