About the role: Work closely with our key customers to develop new products. Creation and development of new products in a fast-paced business to meet approved briefs by working with suppliers, marketing and other internal teams. Manage relationships with the customers' technical teams. Manage the commercialisation of developed products – from specification preparation, BOM management and supporting documentation for Operations and Quality. Ensure compliance of developed & existing products and labelling, by maintaining a working knowledge of current food and other associated regulations. Identify, participate in raw material and recipe optimisation projects. Provide technical support and documentation to internal and external customers. Participate in internal continuous improvement projects. You have the following skills and abilities: Tertiary Qualifications in Food Science and Technology. Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Development within Food Manufacturing. Energetic, can-do attitude and a great team player. Strong attention to detail and adherence to process. Ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Be knowledge and passionate about the food industry. Efficient Skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
