Are you a proactive, organised professional looking to work at the heart of a dynamic and thriving family business? We're seeking a Executive Assistant to join the executive office of The Yoghurt Shop , supporting our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and personal support, acting as a gatekeeper and facilitator in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. From coordinating schedules to managing diverse responsibilities that keep each day fresh and exciting! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership in a business that's making its mark in the FMCG space.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting the COO & CEO with diary management, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination. Managing email communications to ensure timely responses. Handling confidential personal tasks with discretion. Planning events and coordinating logistics for the office. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Strong communication skills: You'll interact with stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and tact. Digital savvy: Experience with social media and basic graphic design is a plus. Exceptional time management: You can juggle priorities while maintaining a calm, focused demeanor. Attention to detail: You'll ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
