The Role To provide a high level of pre and post-enrolment services to meet ALTI's enrolment targets and deliver high-quality student support to ensure students' study journey is successfully completed within the agreed timeframe. Further, this position provides the necessary support to the Student Services Manager and ALTI's internal and external clients under the guidance of the Student Services Coordinator. This is a Full-Time role based in Rivervale at Amana Living Training Institute.
Key responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, advice and support to students regarding Amana Living Training Institute servicesProvide support to students from the start of their learning journey to the successful completion of their respective qualifications/skill setsRespond to inbound student enquiries via phone, email, and in personProvide direct support to students who require assistanceEnsure students have required information and paperwork at enrolmentEnroll students into chosen course of studyBook training courses/schedules for individual studentsMaintain students' files (both soft copy and hard copy)Facilitate Pre-qualification information sessionsMaintain client confidentiality at all timesOther duties as directed by your ManagerAbout you You would have proven ability in MS Office, demonstrated experience and understanding of working within the current Standards for Registered Training Organisations, and high-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
