Full time Join our rapidly growing Defence fabrication team as a full time CNC Machinist / Programmer.
This role will see you programming and operating one of the largest bridge and gantry milling machines in Australia, which has just been commissioned as part of our $25M site upgrade for our defence contracts.
The role is based at our modern facility in Wynyard, Tasmania.

We are now using this experience within the Defence industry, and are seeking expertise to deliver two major Defence manufacturing contracts.
About the Role The role is a hands-on operations role and will report to our Manufacturing Lead.
Key tasks will include: Offline programming and simulation (Siemens NX CAM)Machine setup and operation (Sinumerik One controller)Adjust machine tool paths and settings to optimize production while maintaining qualityReading and interpreting drawings and technical informationDesired Skills and Qualifications: Relevant Trade or Engineering Qualification (Certificate 3 and above)Significant experience in CNC machining and programmingAn exceptional level of attention to detailAbility to work safelyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructionsAbility to work to production schedulesWillingness to contribute to Continuous Improvement initiativesHow to Apply If you would like to be considered for joining our team as a CNC Machinist / Programmer, please apply now via seek with a current resume supplied.
