An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a suitably experienced candidate to work within a busy surgical practice as their Clinic Co-ordinator - Southside Clinics .
The position available is on a permanent, full-time basis working Monday to Friday between 8am to 4pm; however, candidates seeking part-time hours/days will still be considered.
The successful candidate will be required to work across the practice clinics in Beenleigh, Sunnybank, and Spring Hill - Brisbane.
This position would be best suited to someone who is able to work unsupervised and resolve problems independently, as they will be the sole administrator while working in the Beenleigh and Sunnybank clinics.
Experience using Genie software is preferred, along with successfully quoting, booking, and billing for theatre procedures.
Key duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Meet and greet patients at all clinics.
Promptly respond to patient inquiries via telephone and email with a positive disposition.
Prepare and run patient clinics, including patient appointment bookings.
Provide general administration support to the Practice Manager and Surgeon.
Prepare theatre quotations for patients.
Book theatre procedures, equipment, and assistant staff for surgeries.
Process all patient billing/receipting for consultations and surgeries via Eclipse.
In addition to the key duties and responsibilities, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience quoting, booking, and billing for theatre procedures.
Previous experience using Genie software is highly desirable.
An exemplary telephone manner and empathy for patients and their families.
Immaculate personal presentation.
Must be a team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to multi-skill and work under pressure.
The ability to travel between practices on a weekly basis.
Full training and onboarding will be provided for the successful candidate.
Car parking will also be provided to the successful applicant when onsite at Beenleigh and Sunnybank Clinics.

Remuneration:
The successful candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $35 - $40 per hour + super.
Car parking will be provided on the external clinic days, as well as 5 weeks paid annual leave each year.
