We are now searching for a Technical Sales Director with experience in software sales, subscription-based technology, SaaS, or experience in ESG/Sustainability. You will be responsible for increasing the company's revenues by developing new customer accounts. We are open to candidates who are based in Sydney , Melbourne , or Hong Kong .

What You Will Do
Drive new business to achieve individual/team and organizational quota and business objectives Grow, develop, and execute on pipeline in collaboration with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive new business Perform software presentations Understand client's needs to build and present proposals Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs Collaborate with the Sales Directors, and occasionally greater Nasdaq teams including product, operations, and legal Ensure opportunities are accurately constructed, updated, and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly and monthly status updates/projections Attend conferences and industry-related events as requested Stay ahead of industry standards to advise customers Lead a defined territory with other Nasdaq Sales Representatives What We Expect
University degree (Bachelor's level) or equivalent experience in a field relevant to the position Validated experience in selling SaaS or ESG/CSR software Proven presentation, customer service and contracting skills Understand the buying process and how to navigate the decision-maker network to close business Possess outstanding written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate technical information professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and verbally when presenting to prospects or internally Experience using CRM sales applications, specifically Salesforce to prospect, identify and close sales opportunities effectively Demonstrated history of quota achievement within the AUD1-2M range Possess excellent negotiating and professional networking skills Willingness to travel for business Amenable to be in-office for most of the week and to attend client meetings An existing business network in the ESG/RSE field with companies in the APAC is a plus Does It Sound Like You?
