We are now searching for an ESG Sales Director (BD/New Logos) with experience in software sales, subscription-based technology, SaaS, and ESG/Sustainability. You will be responsible for increasing the company's revenues by working with Sales Executives and developing new customer accounts. We are open to candidates who are based in Sydney or Melbourne .

What You Will Do Drive new business to achieve individual quota and business objectives Work with Sales Executives and Account Directors across the ANZ territory to support the region's ESG opportunities Grow, develop, and execute on pipeline in collaboration with Sales Directors, Account Directors, ESG Technical Sales Director and Marketing to develop new business opportunities. Demonstrate our ESG SaaS platform and guide clients through our consultative advisory solutions Understand client's needs to build and present proposals Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs Collaborate with greater Nasdaq teams including product, operations, and legal Ensure opportunities are accurately constructed, updated, and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly and monthly status updates/projections Attend conferences and industry-related events as requested Stay ahead of industry standards to advise customers What We Expect University degree (Bachelor's level) or equivalent experience in a field relevant to the position Validated experience in selling SaaS, with a strong preference towards ESG/CSR software Validated experience in ESG/Sustainability field with at least two years of experience in the field A results-driven self-starter, with a will to win and a continuous-improvement approach Well aware of the ESG development and market trends Ability and willingness to learn technical and detailed aspects of product solutions Proven presentation, customer service and negotiation skills Understand the buying process and how to navigate the decision-maker network to close business Possess outstanding written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate technical information professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and verbally when presenting to prospects or internally We love Salesforce and expect excellent entry of meeting notes/activities Demonstrated history of quota achievement within the AUD1-2M range Possess excellent negotiating and professional networking skills Willingness to travel for business Amenable to be in-office for most of the week and to attend client meetings An existing business network in the ESG/Sustainability field with companies in the APAC region is preferred Does It Sound Like You?
