ESG Data Manager / ESG Reporting Manager This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone aspiring to make an impact in the shaping of our ESG landscape.
This strategic corporate role requires a subject matter expert who can drive non-financial data measurement processes.
Based in Brisbane, Melbourne, North Sydney or Perth, you'll be crafting the future of our ESG landscape, leveraging existing resources and influencing decisions at the highest level.
About the role The groundwork has already been laid enabling this role to focus on building, implementing, and guiding the future ESG direction.
With a view across the whole of UGL's business, you'll interact at a site level, the SLT and parent company, influencing and guiding process changes across a broad industry scope.
It's anticipated you'll utilise existing MS suite tech-stacks to enable process improvement and system changes.
Key responsibilities Deliver companywide ESG Data & Measurement requirements.Enhance ESG data quality and completeness across the whole UGL business by developing, connecting, and maintaining Data Processing, Storage, Analytic Visualisations and Digital Tools that improve decision-making ability.Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual ESG measurement, reporting and assurance needs for energy, water, waste, materials, health, safety, environment and quality.Maintain and enhance the ESG data architecture, accounting process, standard definitions and data model.Review and enhance ESG data visualisation reports, apps and semantic models, integrating KPI tracking and performance measures (PBI models).Scope and implement process improvements at an enterprise level and manage change process to ensure adoption of new measurement processes.In consultation with broader SLT, deliver an enterprise digital improvement program including scoping new products, and governance over data model.About you Experience in a similar private industry role in sustainability, data analytics and/or business systems.Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 Suite to include Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate.Demonstrate excellent analytical and data processing skills with a strong attention to detail.Growth mindset, positive attitude and high level of personal accountability and ambition.We believe UGL presents an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
